Emerald Cave

This is by far my most popular trip.

This is a fun half-day kayak trip in the Black Canyon, a good trip for families.

It is just 2 miles  upstream from Willow Beach to Emerald Cave, so 4 miles round trip.

Emerald cove is a great place to picnic and the cave, in the afternoon's light, is a great place for photographs!

The put-in is Willow Beach, Arizona about an hour and a half from downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.

This is a half day trip priced at $120 per person. Children 16 and under are half price. Group size can be just 1 but is limited to a maximum of 7 people.

The Temple

Many of my return customers who have paddled once or twice with me in the Black Canyon, want to know what else I would recommend - this trip is the answer.

This is one of the most beautiful, visually stunning, and photographically rewarding trips one can do anywhere on Lake Mead or in the Black Canyon.

This is about a 6 to 8 mile paddle round trip depending upon where we go. To get there, we cross Temple Basin towards The Temple, stop by Decision Island, and explore around a little.

This bay lies inside Temple Bay and under the shadow of The Temple.

With exposed open water, this trip is best for experienced paddlers.

This is a full day trip priced at $180 per person. Group size can be just 1 but is limited to a maximum of 7 people.

Arizona Hot Springs

A full day kayak trip in the Black Canyon. It is an 8 mile paddle upstream from Willow Beach through some of the most scenic places in the Black Canyon to Ringbolt / Arizona Hot Springs (16 miles round trip).  Once we get to the springs, we just relax and soak. But, if we include a 2 mile round trip hike, we can visit some great petroglyphs.

The put-in point for our Black Canyon trips is Willow Beach, Arizona, just an hour and a half from downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.

This is a full day trip priced at $180 per person. Children 16 and under are half price. Group size can be just 1 but is limited to a maximum of 7 people.
